Delete your GymSensei account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open GymSensei and go to Profile.
2. Tap Your account, then Delete account, and confirm.

If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm, so your Sign in with Apple link is removed too.

Without the app

Email support@gymsensei.app with the subject Delete my account, from the email address you signed in with. If you used a guest account, tell us your display name and a crew you were in. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, display name, email and invite code.
• Crews you started, with everyone's photos in them, and your membership of other crews.
• Your weekly crew numbers, the photos you posted, and your reports and blocks.
• Your Ask Sensei and photo scan counts, and any free Premium time.

Everything is deleted straight away, and from our backups within 30 days. We keep nothing afterwards.

What stays on your phone

Your workouts, meals, weight and photos were never on our servers, so deleting your account doesn't touch them. To erase them too, go to Profile, then Delete everything, or uninstall the app.
